PAVANI STUDIO currently delivers across most major cities and towns in India.

You can check delivery availability for your area by entering your pincode at checkout.

 

If the courier service is not available at your location, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

 

Note: One order can be shipped to only one address.

For delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

 

• Free shipping on all domestic (India) orders, unless mentioned otherwise.

 

We ship orders through trusted courier partners such as:

• Delhivery

• Ecom Express

• XpressBees

• India Post or other reliable logistics partners (based on location)

 

Courier partner selection depends on service availability in your area.

 

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

 

• Standard delivery time: 5–7 working days within India.

• Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

In rare cases of major delay, we will inform you and assist accordingly.

 

• Express / next-day delivery may be available for select pincodes and products only.

• Orders for express delivery must be placed before 2:00 PM.

• Orders placed after this time may be delivered the following working day or as per standard timeline.

 

Express delivery timelines may extend due to Sundays or public holidays.

 

• Every product is carefully checked before dispatch.

• Jewellery is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

• We ensure safe and hygienic packaging for a pleasant unboxing experience.

 

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details.

• You can track your order using the tracking link shared with you.

 

If you notice that the package appears opened or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
