At PAVANI STUDIO, we value our customers and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

 

 

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or broken

• Missing item in the parcel

• Incorrect product delivered

 

Approved requests will be fulfilled through the replacement of the product only.

 

An unboxing video is strictly required to process any return or replacement request.

 

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package as received

• Continuous recording of the entire unboxing

• Clear visibility of the issue with the product

 

Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

 

 

To initiate a request, please email the following details within 48 hours of delivery:

1. Order ID

2. Registered contact number

3. Minimum 2 clear photos of the product

4. Complete unboxing video

 

• Requests are reviewed within 24–48 working hours after receiving all required details.

• Replacement or repair timelines may vary based on product availability and assessment.

 

• Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

• Claims raised after a significant delay from delivery may be declined.

• Jewellery damaged due to customer misuse, water exposure, or improper handling is not eligible.

• Replaced or repaired items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or dispatched.

• If an order is cancelled after shipment, any amount paid will be issued as store credit, after deducting shipping charges.

• Only the product value will be credited; shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

• Orders placed during the sale or festive offers are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
